Six steps. Two of them are yours.
You send the photos and you say yes. Everything else is on us.

Email us photos from the job.
Right from your phone's photo app: tap Share, then Mail, and send them to us. Before, after, mid-build. Three to five photos from one job is plenty, with the town and a line on what you did.
iPhone photos work as they are. You get a short email back so you know they came in.

We write the post and design it.
A caption that sounds like a contractor, not a marketing robot, naming the job and the town where you did it, so nearby homeowners find you.
The picture gets your logo and your colors, and your license number if you're a contractor. Send a before and an after and the lead picture becomes a before and after pair. Send a few more and they follow as a carousel.

A person checks it.
Nothing goes live until a real person has reviewed it: your name, your license number if you have one, the town, your colors and every word of the caption.
- Your business name, spelled right
- Your license number, for contractors
- The town
- Your logo and colors
- Every word of the caption

You approve it.
We email you the post exactly as it will go up. Reply APPROVE, or tap Approve in the email, and it goes into the schedule. Want something changed? Reply and say what. Nothing posts until you say yes.
Rather not be asked about every post? Tell us, and we'll approve them for you.
Here is your next post, exactly as it will go up.
Or reply APPROVE. Or reply with what to change.

It goes up on a schedule.
Three posts a week from your photos, one of them a video reel. On Core, on your Facebook Page and your Google listing. On Plus and Pro, four a week with two reels, and on Instagram too. Each one ends with a link to your own free-quote page.

On Plus, the seasons are handled.
A short run of promo posts planned ahead of each season and pointed at one goal, like booking spring decks. When your page goes quiet for a few days, a look-back at one of your past jobs or a seasonal tip card for your trade. And a monthly report: what went out and how it did.

Quiet week? On Plus, your page doesn't go quiet.
After a few days with nothing new, we post a look-back from one of your earlier jobs, using photos you already approved, or a seasonal tip card for your trade, with your logo on it (and your license number, if you're a contractor).
Real job photos come first.
Your own jobs always go out before anything else.
Written by hand for your trade.
Short checklists homeowners stop for: decks in spring, docks in summer, gutters in fall, heat in winter.
Honest about the photo.
The picture behind a tip card is a licensed stock image, there as a backdrop, never shown as your work.
One nudge, not a nag.
If we haven't had photos from you in a few days, you get one short email asking for some. Never more than one a week.
What we ask for at the start.
One message, one reply. Then you just send photos.
- Your business name, exactly as it should appear on posts.
- For a contractor, your license number and state. We look it up on the state site before we use it.
- Your logo. We try your website first and only ask for the file if that doesn't work.
- Your color, from your logo or your truck.
- Your phone number and website, for the call button.
- The towns you work in, and the services you want pushed.
- How you talk: a phrase you use, crew first names, anything you never want said.
- Claims you can back up, and only those: insured, bonded, certified, years in business.
- The email addresses your photos will come from, so we know they're yours.
Your pages, connected once.
Through the platforms' own screens. Never a password.
You add us to your Facebook Page through Facebook's own Page access settings. You never give us a password, and you can remove us any time.
Google, on every plan
Your Google listing needs to be verified, and you add us as a manager. We post to it. On Core and Plus, the reviews, hours and questions stay with you. On Pro, we also reply to your reviews and keep your hours, services and photos current.
Instagram, on Plus and Pro
Your Instagram needs to be a Business or Creator account, linked to your Facebook Page.
